Environmental Policy

We are doing our bit for the environment

We hope you are too!

The waste management company we partner with operates under a strict zero-to-landfill policy. They offer a comprehensive range of commercial waste services, including dry mixed recycling (DMR), WEEE, cardboard, plastic, food waste, and general waste, all aligned with zero-to-landfill principles.

We are currently in the process of upgrading all our lighting to energy-efficient LED fixtures.

To minimize plastic waste, we have switched all bedroom toiletries to refillable bottles. Similarly, all cleaning products used throughout the hotel are supplied in refillable containers to reduce reliance on single-use plastic bottles. We now provide a recycling bin insert in every bedroom to help guests and staff conveniently separate recyclable materials. In our bathrooms, we use Eco Knit Towels and Bathmats, which feature a luxurious texture and superior absorbency compared to traditional woven towels. These towels require up to 15% less water during washing and dry up to 40% faster, while also lasting two to three times longer than standard towels.

Plastic straws have been replaced with biodegradable paper straws, which fully break down within three months and contain no bleach.

We source our fish, eggs, and vegetables from local suppliers, and we strive to procure most of our meat locally to cut down on food miles and reduce our carbon footprint.

Additionally, we have installed four EV Pro electric vehicle charging stations (charges apply). Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
